Frank Hsu, Owner/chef, created the restaurant around 8 woodfire ovens. Frank has worked in Australia, Hongkong and now Toronto. Frank was owner/chef of the landmark restaurant (Young Lok) for twenty years.

We make flatbread (Pizza)in traditional woodfired brick ovens inspired by the Silk Road.


Woodfire cuisine inspired by Asian/Mediterranean regions is our specialty.
